I ordered a valentines day bouquet for my daughter who lives in fairbanks...I live in salem Oregon...it was perfect along with the delivery...thank you guys so much for helping me make my daughter's valentine day very special!!!
Flowers were absolutely beautiful, but paid $18 extra for a delivery fee. Due to the time I had placed my order (online), they called her saying they were unable to deliver it that day.. which was fine and completely understandable.. but rather than just delivering it the next available day, my girlfriend had to go to the shop to pick them up herself. Would expect an automatic refund on the delivery fee portion of my bill that I was charged or at least for the store to contact me, but nothing so far.
